By creating an account or using Joseph 60, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Joseph 60.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@joseph60.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Joseph 60 may provide a limited amount of complimentary use before requiring an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription to continue sealing days. The price and billing period shown in the app before purchase are supplied by your device’s app store.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the displayed price unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel it through your app-store account settings. Removing the app or deleting your Joseph 60 account does not by itself cancel an app-store subscription.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed under the policies of the app store through which you subscribed. Restoring a valid purchase reconnects access to your Joseph 60 account.
We may offer complimentary access for a period of time. Complimentary access does not cancel an existing subscription or alter its renewal setting; subscribers remain responsible for managing their subscription through their app-store account.
Joseph 60 is a discipline and accountability tool. It is built around a structured program of daily habits, weekly commitments, and personal reflection.
Nothing in the app is medical, health, nutrition, fitness, or spiritual counseling advice. Joseph 60 does not diagnose, treat, or provide guidance tailored to your individual medical, physical, or mental health circumstances.
The program asks you to commit to 30 minutes of daily physical activity, adherence to a nutrition plan you choose yourself, and complete abstinence from alcohol for a period of 30 or 60 days.
Consult a physician before starting this or any program, particularly regarding new or increased exercise and any change to your diet.
If you drink alcohol regularly or heavily, speak to a doctor before stopping. Stopping abruptly can be medically dangerous. Do not use Joseph 60's temperance discipline as a substitute for medical guidance on alcohol use or withdrawal.
You assume the risk of your own participation in the program, including the physical activity, nutrition, and temperance disciplines.
Joseph 60 includes accountability groups and other places where you may interact with other users. You agree not to post or share content that is objectionable, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise unwelcome.
There is no tolerance for this kind of content. Reports submitted through the app are reviewed, and Joseph60 LLC may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this standard, at our discretion and without prior notice.
You own your journal entries, letters, and anything else you create in the app. We claim no license to your content beyond what is required to operate and provide the service to you.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Joseph 60 if you violate these terms.
Joseph 60 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joseph60 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any injury or harm resulting from participation in the program described above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Joseph 60 after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
